Two fields were added to the layer that can be used to group, and therefore summarize, 6th field watersheds.

The 6th field watersheds are used as the fundamental unit of analysis.  That is, most other data were summarized by 6th field watershed.  In this way, 6th fields can be ranked and prioritized for additional work.
